We will diagnose the problem: finding out what the problem is with your computer is the first step in fixing it and preventing it from happening again.
We will salvage data: when your computer goes wrong – often there are files and e-mails you haven’t saved. We will do our best to save your data. If replacement parts are involved – we will assess the best solution for you. We can also convert old slides and negatives to JPEG images which you can print through your printer.

Diagnosing Internet Explorer, Outlook and Outlook Express problems are our speciality. XP and Server 2003 is our strongest skill point. We have extensive experience troubleshooting Hewlett Packard Deskjet/Officejet printers.
