Charges
Please be advised that there is a call out charge of £20.00 - cash only. To be paid regardless of work done. This is not a separate charge, but is inclusive of the £35.00 for the 1st hour.
This means we will charge £35.00 for the first hour; then at a rate of £10/hour, only when we have resolved your issue.
e.g
1st Hour = £35.00
2nd Hour = £45.00
3rd Hour = £55.00
This excludes parts, if indeed a part would be required. In the event that there is a physical - a "hardware" fault is present, we would advise that the machine be taken to a local repair store.
Home Tutorials are charged at £13.00/hour
We will not and cannot repair 2nd hand Laptops with a Hardware fault - see Disclaimer page. Business calls are charged at different rates. |
