I have been within the IT industry since 1999. I have extensive experience in the manufacture of home computers; building and installing Microsoft Windows. Also I have 2 years experience troubleshooting printers, fax-machines, PCs and laptops for a world-class company. In fact Home Assist specializes in trouble-shooting your all-in-one, officejet, multifunction inkjet printers and fax-machines of similar design.
I help customers who are mainly inexperienced first time computer users. An aim I have is to educate the new computer user on how to get the best out of computing. This will hopefully maximize your enjoyment of using new technology. Being a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, also means that I am technically able to advise home users on Windows XP, Vista, Server 2003; this is a worldwide IT industry recognized Certification.
